DW

Plain and simple! We always should have ignored anything WMB related. It was just not relevant to WMI. Can' the wait for the floodgates to open. It will not be a gusher. Low and steady payoff, imo.

David,

WMIH may be the reorganized WMI, but WMILT is the legal successor to WMI. So says the POR.

The assets of WMI that were transferred to WMIH are those that were specifically transferred to WMIH by the POR. Everything else goes to the WMILT.

If there are assets coming from trusts (maybe there are, maybe there aren't), those would go to the WMILT, not WMIH.

Since March of 2012, the embedded derivative is no longer relevant because all security certificates that might have provided for such a derivative were cancelled and made ineffective by the POR.
