You are so right about ASCO not having anything to show but yet holding back the top line. They will be look charlatan. Years and years with multiple big booths and no significant news. They are driving this company to bancruptcy.

Apuppy~

I think you perfectly summarized what many true longs/believers/supporters of the the Company are now feeling. Despite some here continuing to state that the companies hands have been tied, hence the silence with respect to our CEO as well as "dangled carrot" PR's that over the years have amounted to nothing other than continued shareholder frustration, this truly has been a display of disingenuous, self serving, corporate lawyer(s) shenanigans!

I appreciate all your efforts on modeling and I, like you think the data will be proven efficacious.

Unfortunately due to managements actions or lack thereof, I know many true longs who have given up and started selling. Despite the outcome here and what facts may come to light, I think LP/LG et al have failed their loyal shareholders and significantly affected the true appreciation of what we will see if the trial data is positive.

She could not be culpable for share price dilution since October 2015, if the trial has been successful since then. Rubbish, imo. That sounds more like an argument the bears will make. I have concerns about whether they could have protected the price or not as of late, but early on, there is no way they could have provided meaningful OS stats for regulators in 2015, and if they had PFS success back then, they could not have shared it, imo, because it would have destroyed the integrity of the trial stats for OS in the future. Besides, I don't think they were ready for manufacturing back then.
