I just wish any of these people would go to the Georgia website and research the notarized documents.

It shows significant planning and effort, as well as supporting the claims that Rufus has been stating since the beginning.

This company is in it's infantile stage, and if it keeps growing... look out.

If anything... we have financials that more than justify the current PPS. I feel like my money is safe.

This group has not done all this work and planning to this point to let the company get delisted. They have gained nothing... the money is in the deal.

The deal is just about to be disclosed in full.

Please don't keep us waiting until or after EOD... that's just cruel.

I think you mean 'infant stage' or 'infancy', unless you are referring to the way Mike Alexander gives a radio interview...

And if Rufus waits until EOD- give him the benefit of the doubt. More often than not, he seems to have his reasons.

Once your at the website you will have to setup an account, $5 for 4 hours or an monthly account for $9.95. Once you have an account go to

(1)State Index searching -

(3)Name Search(Type in Conversion Solutions).

This will pull up 12 files that have been filed with the Superior Court of the State of Georgia. View all docs don't just skim through them, it's worth the time. Some important docs are deep down in the filings. Pay close attention to the Corporate Resolutions filed & the Venezula Bond Info filed. Good luck to you. Here's some interesting Book & Page numbers, Book#2106 pg.64, Book#2106 pg.16&17, Book#2106 pg.54 & 65, Book#2109 pg.752-770.

It pretty much shows everything that has been going on behind the scenes.

-The multiple bond agreements. (I know atleast One bond is given to CSHD in exchange for 50% of future profit on any JV used with those funds). So this shows that CSHD does actually own the bond. It clearly states that they are now the owner of the bond.

-The AISS Georgia Aerospace CSHD JV agreement is there and proves that What Harris stated about them being in control, is CORRECT. Very interesting stuff about the JV is included.

-The Merger is official, and had been filed with the state of Georgia back in June/july.

I have no doubt in my mind that the 10k will be filed on time. There is no reason not to. Everything is already in the audited 8k as well as these filings with the state. They just need to put it together and add anythign else that has occured since.

Just wanted to say Over the last hour I have been reading and skimming dozens of pages filed with the state of Georgia by CSHD (at http://www.gsccca.org ). The Merger has been filed, the Bonds are in their possession, and there is a lot of great details in these filing. It's well worth the $5.

Shareholders I bring at least some encouraging news so maybe you can all get some well needed rest this weekend.

Ben just called me back because I had been trying to get both Rufus and Ben to appear on HSM to at least say a few words to all of you. Remember earlier I said I had talked with Ben this morning and he said "we have everything we need". When I asked him just a few minutes ago if either Rufus or both him and Rufus could make an appearance on HSM just to say a few words it would help make everyone feel better, he said and I quote: "You won't need it, we've got something even better".

I don't know if it will be over the weekend or early week, but if he says you won't need them to appear on HSM because they have something better, in my understanding that must mean fairly soon. I think you should all have a good weekend and relax. From my understanding this sounded extremely positive.

No offense guys, but when you say "only get $15 from Rufus" I cringe a little. Remember not to get too greedy. Getting $15 for a stock that is trading for $2.45 right now is a HUGE deal. Everyone needs to have an exit strategy in mind, even if you plan to be invested for a long time you have to ask yourself what your goal is and then keep it. Sure your goals can change, but make sure that those changes are based on DD and not Wishful thinking. We all want to make a million dollars in a day, the real question is: what would we accept.

If you find yourself multiplying your number of shares by $54, $78, $124, over and over it makes $15 a share look miniscule by comparison. Believe me..going from $2.45 - $15 is a rare and wonderful occurance. Take what you can get!!

You know what makes me cringe. Seeing a market cap of $245 million on a company with audited financials showing $800 million in assets. Then looking at the additional 7.5 Billion being added to that figure and talk of huge secret deals and thinking that this market is gonna be satisfied with a reset to a 1.5 billion dollar market cap on almost 9 Billion in verifyable assets. I am sorry $15 is miniscule when looking at the complete picture. it is like a minor flip on our way to correction.

I can't wait till institutions start crunching the numbers they will "buy the crap out of this at $15 for anyone feeling like flipping and making a mint doing it. Personally I think I will stick around and see what happens you can call me "greedy" I will call myself "smart".

Well try this on for size.

Rufus mentioned that the reason they decided not to file the 10-k and trigger the reset was because of a last minute deal that was presented to them. He said they voted and decided to go ahead and persue it and that you would read about it in the 10-k with them funding this project with "this person" matching that funding. He also mentioned talking to the nephew of the richest man in the world about it as well.

Kind of non-descript until you go back and consider the amazon pr that was just released, and the names that were dropped in it. It shouldn't be that hard to connect the dots on this one.

Remember that Rufus said on Subpenny Radio that he had, earlier that day, been talking to the nephew of the richest man in the world. Could this be related?

You don't realize it but you are all worrying yourselves and you are playing right into the hands of the shorts who want you to feel fear. Alright everyone listen carefully. You are at the very gates now. I just finished talking with Sabra Dabbs and she said she checked everything and she realizes all your concerns and even welcomes anyones calls, but I am saying don't everyone call because she can't keep up with the calls. They have a lot to do. Let them do it. She said and I quote: "There is no need to worry we will be compliant." She also said and I am probably not quoting this directly, "Watch out Wall Street, we will rock Wall Street and the world". It was actually a nice long conversation and in closing she said "have a good weekend and we will have a very good Monday". She did say that they checked everything out and they know everyones concerns here but they "will be compliant" and I have to say I believe her. She was very positive, sincerem, and very happy to speak to me and she thanks every one of you for being supportive of the company and every shareholder will be very happy. So I say, sit back and relax and get ready for the gates of victory.

The following I posted yesterday and I mean it more than ever.

While we are waiting I want to remind you all that we have come through a long and tough battle but don't lose sight of the big picture here. Everyone....I just got off the phone with Sabra Dabbs. She said that they are all aware of our concern with the 10K extension deadline being 10/13...not 10/15. She articulated that we can all relax and not be concerned with this issue. She stated that all the principles at CSHD are absolutely aware of what is and is not in compliance and that CSHD will most certainly be in compliance.....there will be no E suffix!!!! She also went on to say that their timing is in the best interest of the share holders. She also made a point to stress that they are all extremely appreciative of all of the shareholders who have stood strong and supported CSHD and each other through this long and trying time. She repeatedly told me to relax and enjoy the weekend and that we will have a very good monday!!! I, for one, choose to believe her and will take her advice and enjoy this weekend. It's very settling to get it straight from the source!!!

Ok, from the mouth of Sabra when asked about the 10K and the "E" at the end of the ticker symbol: "We WILL be compliant"

She also wanted me to let everyone know how grateful the folks at CSHC are to the folks on HSM and other stockholders for sticking together and being patient while this business deal is put together.

She was very upbeat, but admittedly tired. Said she needed some R&R this weekend and that they have had over 2000 phone calls a day since the stockholder list came out.

This is all I have. But I like the "Will be compliant" part.
