dude after hearing the rufus interview he said the 10k will include the 8ks that we got which i dunno is around 10 billion in assets but they are not audited however it does include the book value which is around 75$, so maybe he can justify the 75$ book value since these bonds were okayed by the euroclear system also the banks ;for that reason i think the sec will okay the new book value of 75 so maybe we can reset on a higer price ..... jmo

alright guys I have a question here, Monday is the big day and we know the 10k will be out sometime monday. I heard rufus and tut talk about the "one fell swoop" Having the halt, reset, nasdaq all in the same or next day. There is even speculation that the 10q may come out along with the 10k, but regardless all that is needed is the 10k for reset and nasdaq listing, I guess what im asking is when the 10k is released could we still continue to trade on the otcbb for a few days until being listed on the nas say until later in the week.

It talks about the listing of additional shares (LAS) form that needs to be filed for a forward split to occur

this stock will have to forward split in the near future but i don't see it with the reset as i believe they want to resolve the short issue first but i do expect one in the near term. they will have to have more tradable shares to work with and a forward split will achieve that. a forward split in this case is not a bad thing but in fact a required action for the co. to take.

It did say we could be notified on a 10q or k. Although I think Rufus was thinking further in the future. I believe his #1 priority is NASDAQ and the short situation. Alot of effort has been put forth to show shareholder's true positions and the innaccuracy of ADPs reporting. Moving to NASDAQ would force MMs to cover as well as move his company to a more hospitable 'home'.

thinking about it more...IMO, just filing the 10k tomorrow will NOT be following rufus' words and intentions. 10k+reset would be much closer, but that's not "rocking wall street, something no company has ever done, once we reset watch where we go, one fell swoop, roasted shorties"....so I expect more than just 10k+reset if he is planning on following up on his words. PR's won't quite cut it, hell, $4 trillion hardly did anything.

SO...maybe we CAN expect more than the 10k+reset on Monday...

possibilities include

- 10q filing

- 8k filing with audited info

- move to NASDAQ

- forward split

- deal with "richest man in the world"

My impression of the interview that it was kind of avoided..and I seem to recall rufus saying there could be multiple (forward) splits in the future

this is what I think...we open monday with 10k split 5 for 1 (justifying the 75 value to reset of 15 and unexplained dividend date) scr* the shorters 5 to 1..never been done before...all in the best interest of the shareholders!!!!!!!!!!!!! WWWHHHOOOOAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! (there I said it) Could rufus pull it off?? would he? Has it ever been done b4 ..IT makes everything thats been said make sense!!! And if 10/13 was the divi date that explains why the 10k would be filed after close......whadda ya think


Hmm, would be nice. I think the 10/13 is a mistake, does not show up in my brokerge accounts. I think that may just be the date they converted the waatle shares to cshd, effectively a dividend for waatle.

The book value of $72 diluted to a forward split 5 to 1 would give us the $15 pps, however We don't know the exact value of the Ecowood contract for CVSU. In my opinion, as of today, the book value for this company is much higher. That is taking all the 8k's into consideration, but can't compute an exact value until CVSU provides details of the contracts and operations in the 10k.
