You are under the impression that the director of a large investor taking charge of their investment is both a conflict of interest and untoward in America.
Please remember this is America and investors are allowed to have a say in their investments unlike Russia.
If you do not wish to own this company's stock you have that right.
You even have the right to attack others' investments as you are doing right now but such would be better left to facts and not misrepresentations.
Catterham has money still to invest as well as multiple contacts in the investment community. It is quite a positive to see them back in the frey.
Tim has stepped down, mostly in my opinion, due to his inabilty to turn these attacks of inuendo and in fact his attempts were turned against him.
