You are absolutely correct. The buildout was because the treatment works and the screening hold likely had to have been because the treatment works as well. When flipper44 first reported that clean rooms were being installed an "all systems go" signal was given. The big question from that point on was how much company moves with regard to finances and company silence used to keep some unwelcome forces at bay would affect the share price. I wanted them to finance much more when the public rift with Mr. Neil Woodford occurred but I do not know what options they had at that point with financiers. Best wishes.
