That makes sense. Trying to imagine the magnitude of supplying and building flawless functionality operationally with the new process of providing four countries prescribing the actipatch. That's not an easy task and this is new for BIEL.

I think the magnitude of building the infrastructure, processes and learning the quirks is a huge task. However once this is built and the nuances learned they will have the foundational elements to continue to add countries, and many more clients with minimal issues.

Not sure whether he means focus on the UK (including BRAUN, NHS, Boots,...)or just BRAUN UK (which might imply the sky isn't the limit)
