One of my accounts is an IRA that I can no longer contribute to since I'm not employed . So what I've been doing is selling and trying to buy back at a lower price. With mixed results . That account had about 9000 shares when the price was around 12 bucks . Now it has 19,000 shares with a value around $3800 .


I use another account to buy in at current prices to average down. My total shares are at about 43,000.
