I will give you that. You are not wrong. I guess we will have to wait and see. I for one see the group of individuals they have assembled (Ilya, Darryl and Owen) and know that this is something you don't see everyday in the OTC. That combined with Cycloides involvement (a well known and reputable company) and calling UTOPYA their flagship account (which is documented) tells me this is most definitely not a scam. We will see if they can bring their business plan to fruition and if they are able to sell some phones this thing is gonna escalate far beyond our current YTD highs.
Hopefully the TA is ungagged shortly and we all will know the exact number of outstanding shares. I don't want to start any arguments about gagged TA's. No one here is happy about having a gagged TA but if the company is potentially considering a retirement of common stock as indicated in some of my previous posts, then I can understand it. Soon enough we will know the answers to all of the questions. I have made it known before that if this turns out to be one big fraud I will write an apology letter and post it to this board. I hope those on the other side will consider doing the same if this thing blows up and UTOP becomes all that they say it will.
