rocky, very sad that you will be shutting down your site. I have read every single message there since it started, and rarely posted as I have no business acumen. After all, it's not my profession. Your incredible knowlege is and has been most appreciated. I sincelrely, along with many others, wish you would continue through the end of the year, and if not, certainly that you remain active here with your brilliance. It really is ugly now, but sometimes, when things are their ugliest, and only despair remains, the tough get going and turn them around. Our team turned a hospital around that was losing 12 million a year, to break-even in just 18 months. It can be done with the right people and right plan. Time will tell. All the best. docS
