For inquiring minds, yes, I am behind over 1,000+ posts here with UOIP, but I do share your same sentiments as I scan through many posts. As you have stated, with discovery expected to be happening sometime in August, I expect for UOIP to continue to creep up until such time with anytime after June 2018 to begin picking up more and more steam.
