Bonar definitely not supporting investors here right now, very quiet with news too probably why you are now seeing some larger sell orders like CSTI with 450K.
Float is locked but company need to help out too - I see about 500K available for short and MM can use that to move this down.
It's been over 2 months since going current, little bit long in my books to get this going.
