However my shares sit at Ally and they are a Financial Institution ... somewhere I read they set 2-3 Billion aside to clear accounts from the Zecco to TradeKing merger and then their acquisition of TradeKing... where I might add, $275,000,000.00 in assets from Zecco went...after that there $250,000,000.00 SEC complaint...

Guess someone had to set the price on 47 million government held Ally shares formerly GMAC.
