well,as you know---i am here to help (and eliminate the last few factors on your fuzziness)----whan i read "im sure we'll find something"---it confirms there are no specific regs/rules/laws that you are aware of that have been violated to imply "fraud"-----2nd----many firms now require opening a money market fund---means NOTHING.if you did not want a MM---perhaps you should have looked for another firm willing to accept your positions(if one could be found).dodd/frank has nothing to do with this situation----THERE ! i think we have resolved the last of the concerns.hope this helped !!
