Let me remind you that a downward SP price spiral is not uncommon in many biotechs SP's. Biotechs have nothing to sell other than stock. If they dilute without positive progress news then the SP goes down. If they dilute too much then the SP decent goes down even faster. Since news is its fuel, there are many shorters who want to attack the stock.
In this cycle its fun/profitable and not so very difficult to predict a downward movement. You are right every day without news until you are not. The shorter profits every day until he/she is scre#ed. That day of not being right will outweigh the days of being right by far. There have been many many stories of shorters end up being F*** by a 10X bagger because all over sudden after months/years there was news of FDA approval or other great news.
IF NWBO would reveal topline that is wonderful then you have been right 20x times and wrong 1x which that one-day outweighs the profit shorting-days a 1000x times. In the history of biotechs there have been many NWBO's which were not even as far as NWBO and turned around biting shorters in the behind.
