Vic waited till last minute to get that stale old upbeat news out again before the bad news to follow. His current model is broken unless he's got something new like block chain to get investors excited about.
There were huge limit orders down in the mid trips that were executed. Showed up as sell orders on the volume but were actually limit buys...thats how the dumper was able to get shares unnoticed.
