Stock was green 4 days in a row and up 150% did everyone else just miss that? Ffs every stock has a red day and we essentially traded over 1/3 the float today. The transfer agent can be called tomorrow and verified that the share structure has not changed, I called them myself already but I always suggest people do their own DD. Also after verfying that I called a few broker friends to find out if Alpine or anywhere decided to start clearing sub penny stock again with BMIC, apparently they did get some sort of 3 day extension which has already passed, and one other notable caveat BMIC can't get anything to market with a stop sign on it which was placed on PWFI two days ago. So now once the updated audit is complete we which could be almost any day now there still won't be any dilution or ability for noteholders to convert. All those toxic guys short in advance of conversions which they legally circumvent by calling it a hedge, however now they are screwed badly because they will be left to cover net short positions collecting heavy fees because they can't convert and clear any stock to cover those positions. We have a perfect storm brewing to take this thing out of the trips in a monster move. No diluter would sell like that taking out bids all at one time nor could they because the volume has not been great enough over the last 20 days as well as they would be require to file given those 40 mill share whacks today were greater than 4.99% of the OS. So we either have someone crazy enough to short this and a giant sack on them or literally the dumbest retail trader on Earth was somehow able to accumulate 80+ million shares unnoticed and dumped them all visciously screwing their own opportunity to make greater profit by scaling in and out of their position.
