yeag1717 USAA has a trading platform designed for non trading. Lacking in all areas best describes it as I remember it every time I used it. My first IRA was with USAA in a mutual fund. I left some funds in that account until couple years ago then transferred to Etrade . The platform compared to power Etrade was lousy so I rarely used it. Open an account with a brokerage company that has good trading tools you wont regret it.
