I can tell you that Schwab hasn't given me a calculation and they had the acquisition date for FHBC as the date of the lifting of the restriction instead of January, 2017 when the actual distribution was made. They are still showing that the restriction has not been lifted. They've called the T/A once and e-mailed them twice. I've also e-mailed them. They've failed to respond to any of our requests for verification of the blanket lifting of the restriction on the FHBC stock.
I'm wondering if any of the other shareholders have actually had their restriction lifted on their shares of Fernhill. I know their shares are showing up in their brokerage accounts but I wonder if they've checked to see if there are any postscripts showing that the shares are still restricted.
I'm curious as to whether anyone has actually sold any of their Fernhill shares that were received in the spin-off.
