Thanks Larry, though when I did the calculation on my Leaf of Faith spin-off it was not immaterial at all. In fact, based on FINRA’s starting price of 25 cents and such a large difference between the parent, VGID, and the spin-off, Leaf of Faith, price, in this case at least it allocates 87% of the parent’s cost basis to the spin-off and leaves only 13% of my cost basis in VGID; Hmmm.

Considering, if I have a choice, I think I’d rather do like you did and just set the cost base for Leaf of Faith at zero and leave the cost base for VGID alone. Anyway, just curious how some of you are dealing with the Fernhill allocation. Thanks again.
