me I am just an amateur more into statistics, cell phone market

not much ( and it is a weakness) versed into shares structures etc.
I like technical analysis but it is a double whammy
failing to follow it and you get burned.
it is a discipline. it is a fight between optimism/" I think" or I will/should and the discipline of trends. we got in too early in February as the trend was down.
but within 3-9 months it is possible to see 10-20 cents. then an R/S unless they have or start shares reductions, whichever form they do it.
Even if it is a spike at 20 cents.( most likely)
