I believe we see audit this week. I think RBSM likely says things like "we are hoping to have this wrapped up by April 6th" and Roger takes it as gospel and communicates to us. Then, RBSM doesn't make the soft date and Roger gets hung out to dry. He's finally learned to shut up and file it without warning.
