When I talked to the trading desk they stated that purchase was barred, at this time, ONLINE but I could place a trade through broker assistance. They also put this position in writing. See (1) https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=140124236

I have reconfirmed this several times in the last month. I cannot buy more shares without SEC issues, nor do I want more shares. But if I did I would test that written assurance of broker assistance with the same online commission to purchase GERS.
