I'd like to purchase more shares at this Price; but, TD Ameritrade does not allow more purchases.

Confirmed.

I was on the phone with their trade desk this morning, trying to buy more, but their broker said that buying shares was not allowed under the current company policy. He confirmed that the DTC Chill was not in place, though.

He did say that I could sell any of my shares, but I declined his kind and generous offer.

I asked him to pass along my request to change the Ameritrade policy, and he did, for what that's worth.
