What you are missing is the proprietary software and apps. Utopya is going to have a proprietary interface between phones that will separate it from the rest. No one cares that they are rebranding the physical phone itself. The specs and physical phone are not as important as the interface software it will be packaged with. The interface and apps are the key here. I'm no dummy and understand that the phone specs are solid and have enough power and speed for the integrated interface software and other apps they will have preloaded onto the phones.
SOFTWARE IS THE KEY....
