Good to see you here! It's about time you got smart!! lol

Here's the skinny:

NYC brokers drink their lunchtimes away and stocks routinely will sell off during that time period. For me in the Central time zone, the market swoons occur from around 12:30 noon for the next two hours or so. If I were thinking in terms of adding, I'd be thinking about an hour from now most likely offering the best price point going forward.

However, we've got more than a week till guidance so there's certainly room for a brief swoon bringing you a special pricing opportunity.

Now, while you may pay more today or tomorrow than on a day it may happen to swoon, back out the projected 39 cent distribution and your price will be damned nice in anybody's view. Meanwhile, the lunchtime swoon is well underway. Typically I'll spread my buys out so as to take advantage of those infrequent swoons by tapping dry powder or adding to margin...both approaches work well for me.

Anyhow, you know all about this stuff, I know you do. So let me wish you good fortune and it's good to see you here!
