Fabius- Odidi just can't face the fact that his business model is not working. He just keeps flailing away at pushing the generics forward... It seems to be a losing battle... He now is putting all effort on a Chinese venture into generics... He now feels he can save the generic pipeline by doing this. Whether this works or not, remains to be seen. I still think he should have sold off some of the generics and concentrated on Rexista, PODRAS and Regabatin. And for heavens sake, sign a partnership on Regabatin and get it moving.

Mind boggling doesn't even begin to describe the train wreck Dr. Odidi has created.

It's beyond pathetic how they decided to put in all that glorious pump talk about their ongoing China endeavors in their Q1 earnings report...yet in January of this year when Dr. Odidi's only concern was all about self promotion in China and Nigeria he was much too stupid and oblivious to even bother to try to tie his China endeavors into IPCI as he should have!

Putting all the China pump talk in IPCI's Q1 fins 3 full months after the China photo-op self-promoting endeavors in January is downright bullshit...and just further reflects how out of touch with the market realities Dr. Odidi's created for himself and this company presently and moving forward!

1.00$ NASDAQ requirement ?
cash needs (given almost zero revenue) ?
easy...a reverse split and a new offering...
disgusted, disappointed and feeling fooled around

1.- Nasdaq $1 due June but with an extension we'll get a pass till EOY
2.- Cash funding till Sept at least.
3.- Reverse Split WAS NOT mentioned in the 4/16-6K filing or the Proxy vote . If any intention: A note with possible r/s [1/X to 1/Y] should have been included.
4.- Armistice + Frigate/Anson invested Millions in March ...can't think they were fooled.

The amount of shares that was given away by the Odidi's last month must be justified for a better purpose and not just for survive a couple of months more.

I just placed all on WITHHOLD...
BTW are we still paying $1k/month for car rental $2k for both?
