cash needs (given almost zero revenue) ?
easy...a reverse split and a new offering...
disgusted, disappointed and feeling fooled around

1.- Nasdaq $1 due June but with an extension we'll get a pass till EOY
2.- Cash funding till Sept at least.
3.- Reverse Split WAS NOT mentioned in the 4/16-6K filing or the Proxy vote . If any intention: A note with possible r/s [1/X to 1/Y] should have been included.
4.- Armistice + Frigate/Anson invested Millions in March ...can't think they were fooled.

The amount of shares that was given away by the Odidi's last month must be justified for a better purpose and not just for survive a couple of months more.

I just placed all on WITHHOLD...
BTW are we still paying $1k/month for car rental $2k for both?
