Sadly, in a about a year or so we be reading the horror stories about how much investors lost on Andi, as well as the always sickening posts about how investors talked family and friends into this.
It happens all the time, but newbies need to learn from their mistakes like most of us did many years ago.

There is only one reason you wouldn't want to be transparent about the share structure. And everybody knows that reason.
Even if it is the TA's policy to not share that information directly with shareholders, it would be nothing for the Utopya team to allow the transfer agent to update the OTC markets website with the current share structure. Yes gagged TAs are allowed to update the share structure with the OTC markets website. Obviously the Utopya team doesn't want that information out there because they know how damaging that information will be to the ANDI share price. When people find out how much the O/S and float has grown since January 31st there will be a lot of upset people that will feel even more lied to and cheated than they already do because of the lie about switching TAs to offer more transparency.
The TA being gagged is just one of a long list of lies that have been told by the Utopya team.
Some of the more notable lies include the following:
Utopya flooded the public with lies about the ANDI business operations in press releases, on social media, and in emails throughout November, December, and January. None of those operations showed up in the ANDI quarterly report for the period ending January 31, 2018.
Utopya lied about no more dilution. And don't give me any of that B.S. that the dilution was from the old guard. Corbin Hardy is the CEO's best friend and a huge chunk of dilution went through his hands. Plus Dustin Secor (the old CEO) has become part of the new guard.
Utopya lied about switching TAs in order to make the share structure readily available to all. Utopya did switch TAs, but they haven't allowed the new TA to disclose the share structure with the public (absolutely no transparency at all).
Utopya lied about amending the articles of incorporation to change the conversion rate for the Series B preferred stock. Utopya stated it would be making the change on March 26th and the Wyoming SOS has now processed all paperwork through April 11th. No amendment was ever filed.
Utopya hid the names of its co-Founders and officers in an effort to hide their pasts (the Comet Core Inc scam) from investors.
And don't even get me started about the uplisting B.S., the $100 million revenues B.S., and all the promises of contract news 'coming soon' that never happened that was all used by Utopya to pump the ANDI share price.
ANDI is the definition of a pump and dump. The Utopya team used false information to mislead investors in an effort to artificially inflate the ANDI share price while insiders (like Corbin Hardy and others) were selling stock into the market.
I have no doubts that the "friends and family" selling continued right through February, March, and April while the Utopya team continued to string ANDI investors along with all their B.S. that they started in November.
