When the ANDI & UTOPYA merger was final Novemeber 2017, they ended the old line of business. So, that's where the additional 1 Billion shares came from (most of them restricted). I mean, folks had to expect a cost associated with ending contracts. Since the last quarterly covered that period but was not released until recently most folks had not realized that. So, I'm good with that. Since that time, there has been no other proof of dilution. As far as the gagged TA, I think we will see that ungagged once we get the Ticker/Symbol change finalized. Heck, most stocks in the OTC are gagged. So, how is ANDI any different. As far as the Series-B conversions, as you know the company reduced the Series-B conversions by a factor of 1000. Huge for the common shareholders. This went from a possible 38 Billion shares after conversion to a measly 38 Million shares. Absolutely huge for the common shareholders. ANDI/UTOP is Solid.
