Also, according to a new article posted on another thread today, the Alpine decision is very real, final, and unmalleable. No way around it. Can't RS your way around it. Dilution is finished here unless JF gets this to CLOSE WELL ABOVE a penny. The new ruling dramatically decreases the pace at which note holders can sell, as well. Toxic lending is DEAD.
