There is no wording twisting, its simply a matter of being able to read a contract or needing to hire someone to explain what the contents of a contract mean.

The boiler plate or standard form clauses of the contract between LG and Black River clearly allow for the use or fax or email "addressed as set below...".

The parties chose not to include a fax number or an email address in the contract:

The addresses for such communications shall be:
If to the Company,
to:
Black River Petroleum Corp
424 Church Street, Suite 2000
Nashville, TN 37219
Attn:
Johnny Falcones, CEO

Unless there is a way to fax or email a physical address (there is not) that limits the available modes of delivery of notice to:

"(i) personally served, (ii) deposited in the mail, registered or certified, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, (iii) delivered
by reputable air courier service with charges prepaid...(v)
transmitted by hand delivery, telegram."

All these modes of delivery can be effected to the agreed upon address, yes, even telegram would have been acceptable, but not email of fax without a number or address.

Accusations or perjury are so outrageous as to be considered libel, particularly when wording in the contract is so plain and easy to understand.
