Agreed on financials, but dilution is horrendous.

828,020,000 shares of dilution in 3 months.

Per the Annual Consolidated Financial Statement for the period ending November 30, 2017, HBRM has 5,247,993,322 outstanding shares.

Per the Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statement for the period ending February 28, 2018, HBRM has 6,076,013,322 outstanding shares.


November 30, 2017 to February 28, 2018

6,076,013,322 - 5,247,993,322 = 828,020,000

I have over 100 million shares and am doing DD to find a reason to stay invested in HBRM.

HBRM will undeniably go great places some day, but this rate of dilution is going to push that day far into the future unless something huge happens earlier. That is what I am looking for hints of in my DD search.
