I called him yesterday, he will tell anyone that calls that a pr is coming this week. Not really difficult info to get if you use a phone. Not some big secret conspiracy.

Clearly, if only the facts would be reported, no one would buy into this mess.

C'mon Gitreal. If the information that a press release is coming out is not a secret then there is no foul. You could've called and learned the same thing, as could anyone who wanted to, therefore not a secret and not privileged information.
