Using your logic, what if I were to call the CEO and he tells me that the Santa Elena leach pads had been destroyed in a freak flash flood, yet never announces it in a PR, filing, or website......would that be okay because "it is not a secret"?
Granted, selectively telling one investor that a PR is coming, when it is coming, and "it will be good" is not quite the same thing. However, it's a slippery slope.
Selective disclosure seems to be a real problem here with Mexus. The CEO seems oblivious.
