Tough to say, it appears to be electronically signed, NEAH miraculously hired back all staff ( with no money according to you ) .

They opened offices in Portland, Seattle and India. ( with no money according to you )

They produced the samples for the DOE SBV ,and apparently paid the NEAH share of the DOE SBV. ( with no money according to you )

NEAH produced samples for the Safety Video we have all seen, with the stack of pouch batteries at the end of the table. ( with no money according to you ).

They created a corporation in India that not only had a booth but was a Sponsor at DEFTECH 2017 in India. ( with no money according to you )

They presented at the International Battery Seminar and were a corporate sponsor. ( with no money according to you )

They will be presenting in San Diego and Sponsoring at the Advanced Automotive battery Conference. ( with no money according to you )

The beginning of all these miraculous money burning projects started right at about the date of the FAKE DOCUMENT according to you.

The very document which contains what I would term as a Collusion to hide a significant event from shareholders, and enable hiding other significant events from shareholders because of it. All while drawing US government funding to move forward on a significant material analysis tied directly to the future of the company and its products.

We won't even get into the stock manipulation in the year that this has happened.

The other funny things are what people give away in their writing styles and how they refer to people.

Familiarity with a persons subject can come through with how they refer to that person.

Such as "Doc" some here use that term for D'Couto almost as if they know him personally, posters here that have responded to queries not asked of them almost like they forgot which account they were logged into.

Does NEAH have posters here ? Working to their ends ? It seems possible.
