A better lawsuit could be launched by whomever has the copyright protections for the actual documentary. There are large statutory damages alvailable plus attorney fees IMO. This type of suit is beyond my true expertise so I am going by weak memories, but believe I am correct.

It is also possible that if a particular set of motives can be proven this could involve fruad and securities fraud as well as other securities laws violations; possibly including the commission of criminal acts.
