Lexey ,with MAXD is not a matter of if but a matter when !

when the news hits it is going to be insane here !

we don't see every day a sub penny stock in relation with QCOM !!

this is not your usual pennystock !!

the new rule effects will start showing up this coming week and MAXD is primed for a major price recovery !

and MAXD management is aware of this new rule and are probably going to start update after the new rule goes in full effect starting this week
