Agree. And just to let everyone know, I am a free member and can not respond to PMs right now. I lost my job and can not afford membership at this time but I will make some nice bucks on IFUS to help out my current crisis. Now, I agree exactly with what you posted and I conclude that same thing you posted after reading the court documents. Looks like IFUS / MW was paying back the money but something went wrong. Here is how I see it. They were repaying money to Steve and I think that is ethical even if Steve did not play fair. 2 Wrongs never make a right. That being said, I do not think Steve would have to buy shares to take control of IFUS but I do think there would need to be a majority vote for Steve to be CEO. At this point, the debt that Steve holds on IFUS has to give him a degree of controlling interest. This could boil down to do we do it the easy way or hard way. I do not know Steve but I have heard others speculate that he could screw every IFUS shareholder if he was given the power. I get that but it makes no sense on why he would take over the shell just to hurt the shareholders. I am certainly not an expert on corporate take overs and would have to advise any concerned IFUS shareholders to consult with proper legal professionals as opposed to reading a blog for serious matters such as this.

I'd say those are very good bets, making this a huge bargain to buy in volume under .01/share.

No doubt about this!!! And those that funded the last 2 years were obviously of the same opinion:

"In my opinion I think Walther thought he could do enough business to pay off loan early."

"There was no pre payment penalty."

--------------------------------

"The question I have now is what happens to IFUS?

"Can .......... take over?"

Maybe, but the price will be .10/share IMHO :-)
-------------------------------------------
"Or does ......... have to buy enough shares in open market to hold a shareholder meeting to see if he can take over company?"

YEP, YES!!!!! Bingo!!!!! Bells go off!!!! Fireworks!!!! Now you know why there was a feeding frenzy buying 30-35 Million shares since the day that court document was filed :-)

And he needs to buy about 99% of the entire float to do it :-)
-------------------------------------------

"IFUS in the last 10 days has traded more shares (30 million) which is more than last 2 years? anyone know the buyer? Any guesses who buyer or buyers are?"

Not a clue, LOL :-)

But I am 110% sure a bidding war for control started when that volume spike started :-)

By the way, the retail buy-able, float is about 128 Mil shares.

The high last year was .0098 and the closing average was .006

If this was a worthless scam why did two people fight for 4 years over it at a combined expense/investment of 1 million dollars?

at .0010 the entire float is priced at $128,000 :-)

"Who is buying????"

Those that want to take over the company and those that truly understand value in a bidding war!

The bidding war auction has started already. As the float gets locked up the price will soar. Ten cents a share is a reasonable bidding war high imho
