If this Friday the 13th conversion did happen...I think it is a good thing. It got rid of summit and Sierra trading.

Also possible that one or more of the lenders got a court order from a judge forcing Neah to issue free trading shares as payment of debt. Neah and/or new investor could also be using funds from new investor to purchase them on the open market (for peanuts)???
