IMO the reason why the sector has been lagging was due to the administrations CLARITY on this very issue. Now its been put to rest. We FINALLY got a comment from Trump, which is the ONLY issue he would not discuss. He has completely (strategically) avoided it, until now...
This might be the turning point for MJ in the USA... I expect this news to spread and money to start flowing back into the sector.
