When the B shares are converted to stock I don't believe they can be held. I think they are sold into the market right away? I think sierra would just instantly issue them to be cleared in the market.

I would also think the company doesn't have to disclose anything to the B holders..

Maybe they know that they are going to terminate the B shares once they come out of the dark and they'll be worth nothing.. so sell them know.. and maybe XNRGI equity investors..or neah themselves are buying them?

Long shot..

You're asking someone who obviously derives most of his DD from message board chatter? LOL

Exactly, my thoughts as well-- certain groups inside NEAH or percentage share holders of NPWZ trying to retail shareholders to exit and at every breakout do whatever it takes to keep the share price down to discourage new investors....It seems there have always been to factions inside the company... One under the Dr and the in control of the Press releases, and the taking down of the web page, the twitter account...etc...

The fact the conversion of share is based on the daily trading values and huge swings in the number of shares converted at these levels... why would a company issue shares with such a toxic effect to the share prices...

Why is that the share count is updated on a regular basis but not the shareholders...just a question...

The total number of shares traded daily on the short report and the numbers trade on the IHUB level 3 mont vary greatly... with the t- trade having an impact on the share price and not showing up on the share count and the short volume....

There are still 150,000,000 share of short volume.... unaccounted for and who know how they will "wash" out in actual transactions...
It maybe the T trades were somehow included in yesterdays totals...

you have been tracking them daily Where do you think the 96 million shares went. ?
