The company is 'real'. The 'company' has a lot of money behind them. The company could be just a huge pyramid scam fooling hundreds of Chinese and U.S investors out of millions of dollars through the well articulated planning and execution of a thought process years in the making.

when one looks at associations and dissociations between the Chinese entities and JBZY (ex: Jinlai Wang, Zhong Ji Ming Yang, Shenzhen Jinbo, etc)... One could imagine why theses dissociations could have been intentionally not associated. All about covering yourself.

Who's to say he wasn't in on it all along. If indeed this is a scam it's been very well played.
