These are real and persistent possibilities. You do what you feel is best. Don't let anyone talk you into holding or selling. Everyone here has a vested interest in you holding or selling. It's not personal.

I think it's close, but I'm giving this until next Monday, at which time I'll be seriously rethinking the situation around the audit.

AMFE’s success as a company IS NOT tied to the completion of this audit.

The audit is for the purposes of updating financials in order to uplist and, concurrently, to allow a wider swath of the investment community to get in.

I listened to Roger’s interviews with Wes and Robert on the KSCO shows and, in doing so, formed a favorable opinion of the man. The quality of his character came through time and again in those interviews and assured me that he takes the job of increasing shareholder value very seriously.

Many are frustrated the audit is yet to be completed. I am among them. However, I didn’t come here for the audit. Nobody did. Smart investors came here because of the growth, the vision, the numbers... all of which are headed in the right direction.

Those who would sow doubt do so for but one reason; cheap shares. There is a clear difference between asking a reasonable question and bashing. At this point, questions about the audit are more than reasonable but baseless speculation should never be mistaken for genuine concern.

S&L is real world and we have real people on this very board who have been there to verify its existence and its pace. There are investors here that are heavily loaded in and in communication with Roger himself. Their continued positive feedback should be proof positive that we are headed in the right direction.

There is no bloody reason Roger would announce an audit and then play games when it came time to finishing up. I’m convinced about what someone else on this board said; RBSM is prioritizing clients with actual deadlines, not AMFE whose timeline is arbitrary. As such, there is a distinct possibility that we keep getting pushed to the bottom of the pile. Of course, that scenario would only play out a couple of times before I would be banging my fist on the desk at having paid tens of thousands for this type of treatment we’re I Mr. Mortimer.

At any rate, the audit will get done. When is anyone’s guess but I think I can safely say it will be this year.

It’s completion will be gas on the fire. I’ll be actively stoking that fire.
