Based on fins, it was confirmed that the OS will not be getting anywhere near 2 billion shares.

What was actually confirmed was that the OS will land exactly where it was communicated that it would land, roughly at 1.5 to 1.6 billion shares.

Also as promised, the OS at this point will include a company with no debt, and rapidly increasing revenue.

Notice that debt that includes common shares has not been issued since July of last year.
