I’ve never screamed scam here, at least not yet. Like you, I welcome all DD, especially any on the custodianship details. Unless the old majority NRPI owners agreed to cancellation, they still own that stock - that's one of the problems with custodianship shells.

When I mentioned the new guys are in close proximity to the old NRPI IR/Relative, I wasn’t referencing Nevada. I’m referring to a small part of Utah where the majority of the new officers reside less than an hour from that IR/relative. I’m not pulling any alarms yet, but simply keeping it in mind.
