Appreciated the concern there. And your first paragraph is completely accurate and what I’ve been trying to say. The facts that we know are there seems to be new leadership and that leadership is going to be submitting everything you just said. If they don’t, then I’ll be right there behind you screaming scam. But the fact of the matter is, on custodian takeovers like this, you gotta let the process play out. And honestly, half the otc pinks have a “close proximity” address to each their cuz they are all based in places like NV. And furthering the honesty. Most are scams. This could be one too, but I think new management should get to dictate this, not past management or any crap history it may have had. I mean, from filings, this has virtually no debt, not much else I can base my opninion in other than what’s out there on otc markets and what is being said by the company....which is very little so far as they just took ownership.

Though I will say I enjoy our back and forths because I have not been in this stock since it was a POS. I was intrigued by new leadership coming in, the reasonable share structure and the seemingly lack of debt. So you views on the history are welcome DD to what I can find. So thank you.
