Badge.... great questions, I'm gonna defer to others. I think it may be Nasdaq $5-7 stable, minimum $4, the filings, process and timing I dunno. My guess is BOD announcements may come beginning of May but I don't know.

The board members can be announced before or after. They need to be on board before an uplist can happen.

The timeline for uplist is dependant on the share price and the timing of the appointment of the directors.
