the intentions were good and something did go wrong but they never disclosed it. I know this for a fact

Par for the course here with this POS. There have been multiple pre-loaded and BS hyped pump and run/dumps here with PMPG and its predecessor based on announcements of supposed positive deals and new ventures, none of which ever turned out to be true, e.g. Satic, Gear, etc. IMO, this was just another BS hyped ruse to allow the same bunch to run yet another new pre-loaded pump and run/dump. Very pathetic.
