Thanks for posting this, much appreciated.

If the first point is true and there's no redeeming context, then that's embarrassing at best. I love the science here, and I've given management a lot of passes on what I deem to be questionable decisions because I believe the science will win the day, but that one makes it tough.

They owe a conference call at this point. I hope that you were able to communicate that to them.

Did you relate to them that because of their ignorant blunder of announcing the RS a month in advance, that the SH have all lost 30% of the value of their investment (gamble). Maybe they should cut their excessive salaries and bennies until they actually achieve one or two of their goals.

I highly doubt that this ever happened.

They postponed the RS because they couldn't meet the capital requirements. Hopefully lesson learned.

That was what I suspected after the 10q, to avoid the 90 day issue they need to get rid of the shareholders deficit which is probably around 13M now. So they would need probably around a 30M cash raise so that they still have 5M in the bank after the paperwork was processed.

Part of the problem I feel is they are doing too much, IMO they should probably just focus on getting combo approved with the safety data. Wait to finish enrolling the other trials. With 40 out of the 50 patients should be done with the combo trial, so most of the cost should already be covered now.

To grow the PPS organically they need to be more open, it has been six month since we heard from them--a conference call would be nice.

As usual incompetent management.
They postpone the reverse split because they couldn’t meet the capital requirement and they just figure this out?
They still think they’re going to grow that share price organically?how many times do we need to hear that?
They are very disappointed in not being able to uplist at this time?!!! All they have to do is check the requirements before actually announcing a reverse split. pretty difficult I know.
They’re willing to consider any reasonable licensing or collaboration partnerships?!!I’m sure they are and if any were to be had I think they would already have them.
They haven’t had any problem raising funds? I guess it depends on who’s point of view you’re looking at it from?
These guys are a broken record.
Maybe they can wait a couple more months to raise money so they’re running on fumes and can raise it a quarter. Sounds like a great idea maybe I can be on their management team.

Thanks for posting your communication with mgmt.
Even the most bullush investor is going to have a hard time defending cydy mgmt. I have had hope for so long that one day i will wake up to find that cydy has sold pro 140 to a company that truly deserves it and can properly research all that it can achieve.

The whole matter becomes with each week more and more messy. I was and I am always impressed about the expert's input here on the board as I have no clue about Biotech. We have here on board good knowledge about the medicine and the process with FDA.

Most of us have got the opinion we have a great medicine with Pro140, but to get it into the market we need a partnership for financing and production/distribution. Or we need a company who buys the medicine (eg Gilead was named here). Most hoped this will take place rather sooner than later for a SP between 5 to 50$.

Management was all the time in-transparent, not informative and many times messy (eg how they handled the warrants for the last 4 months). They announced well in advance (why?) the long expected RS. Experts were right and RS run the SP down to 0.5. Well done!

Chaotic (? in this case) as they are (or just seem to be), they cancelled the RS. We have actually 2 very contradictory info which let me believe that someone is not telling the (complete) truth. Why?

Info out of a letter (posted by Saltz) of Nader 1 day before announcement of stop of R/S: "Furthermore, the path to NASDAQ has been considers several times in the past and we changed our mind due to the conditions not being favorable (in our assessment).

Info from Tonysd54 from a call with management: " They postponed the RS because they couldn't meet the capital requirements. Hopefully lesson learned. "

If they really postponed it as they couldn't meet the requirements, then these are a punch of hopeless managers, better we sell. Do we really believe that with having the highly appreciated expert from Gilead on board? Doesn't sound realistic. So I intend not to believe the message which Tony got.

If they postponed R/S for not favorable conditions according to Nader, then these are hopeless managers as the talk about R/S for many months and years. Can we believe this? I don't believe the message which we got from Nader's mail.

They learned about these problems only during the last 3 weeks??? Why the announcement so early??? Why to keep the door open to come back with a R/S??? Nothing fits to each other except for 2 reasons: they are chaotic greenhorns (I don't believe so) or everything is just half truth to keep us in the dark while they make a deal.

However we might find out during the coming weeks. This type of navigation for a company is whatever the outcome will be very strange.
Let's stay ration and put the puzzle together. What picture do the pieces create.
Waiting for Godot continues. We don't know when and if and we don't know how he looks like, so when and how we will know.
Maybe the novel "the castle" from Franz Kafka is another suitable comparison for what we experience.
